Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE VEDAçãO, E, MEIO PARA DESIDRATAR E/OU LAVAR SUSPENSõES DE MATERIAIS". é descrito um dispositivo de vedação destinado à selagem entre o munhão do eixo (21, 22, 23, 24) e uma carcaça do mancal (30, 57, 31, 58) para o munhão do eixo (21, 22, 23, 24). O dispositivo de vedação permite que o munhão do eixo (21, 22, 23, 24) possa ser angulado em um plano em relação à carcaça do mancal e possa também absorver movimento axial. O dispositivo de vedação compreende um anel estator (40), que é suportado por dois pinos guia (41), e o anel estator (40) pode ser angulado em um plano em relação aos pinos guia (41). O dispositivo de vedação compreende também uma unidade de anel de vedação (47), que se destina à selagem entre o anel estator (4) e o munhão do eixo (21, 22, 23, 24), um meio de fole (56), que se destina à selagem entre a carcaça do mancal (30, 57, 31, 58) e o anel estator (40), e pelo menos um elemento resiliente (48), que se destina a garantir que o anel estator (40) se apóie na unidade do anel de vedação (47). O meio de fole (56) pode ser feito de um material que suporta líquidos agressivos.
