Abstract

"CONSTRUçãO DE PAREDE COM ELEMENTOS DE CONSTRUçãO DE VIDRO OCO". A unidade de construção a ser usada para levantar paredes com perfil arqueado e plano constituídas de elementos de apoio, os quais correspondem a elementos de fixação horizontais e verticais (1 e 2) na forma de blocos unidos, cujas frentes possuem orifícios longitudinais (7 e 12) com encaixes (10), sendo que as laterais dos elementos de fixação verticais (2) possuem orifícios transversais (13) que sobrepõem os orifícios (7) dos elementos de fixação horizontais (1), nesses orifícios são montados os elementos de fixação rosqueados que juntam toda a construção. Os orifícios longitudinais (7 e 12) com os encaixes (10) dos elementos de fixação podem ter a forma de reentrâncias estriadas (7a e 12a) com encaixes (10a). Em ambas as laterais externas, nos elementos de fixação horizontais e verticais - são fixadas ripas com perfis (3), cujas bordas (16) são um pouco projetadas para fora em relação às bordas laterais (17 e 18) desses elementos de fixação. O elemento de fixação rosqueado é composto de um parafuso prisioneiro (4) e uma porca longitudinal (5) que coopera com ele. A fixação horizontal possui um comprimento (a) de preferência igual ao comprimento (b) do ladrilho oco de vidro (6), sendo que os orifícios transversais (13) do elemento de fixação vertical se situam em relação às superfícies frontais (25), fazendo contato uma a outra após a montagem a uma distância (s) igual à soma entre a metade da altura (h) do ladrilho oco e a metade da espessura (d) do elemento de fixação horizontal. Com o intuito de construir paredes com perfil arqueado, a unidade vem com bases de distância (20) na forma de ling³etas, montadas na frente da seção convexa entre as superfícies laterais (21) do elemento de fixação vertical e as superfícies frontais (22) do elemento de fixação horizontal.
