Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO TUBULAR FLEXìVEL, POR EXEMPLO, UM FOLE, E, USO DE UM DISPOSITIVO". A presente invenção é relativa a um dispositivo tubular flexível, a saber, um fole, com um diâmetro interno até 60 mm, dito dispositivo compreendendo uma ou mais convoluções corrugadas (2), ditas convoluções tendo uma forma global como sino, com porções de topo arredondadas (T) e porções de fundo arredondadas (B, B<39>). Os aspectos inovadores envolvem que a curvatura da superfície externa das convoluções (2) é numericamente menor nas porções de topo (T) do que nas porções de fundo (B, B<39>), dita curvatura sendo derivada de uma curva (6) definida como a interseção da superfície exterior (4) do dispositivo e um plano através do eixo longitudinal (8) do dispositivo, bem como elas envolvem que a curvatura de dita curva muda de sinal apenas uma vez em uma posição de mudança (P, P<39>) localizada entre uma porção de topo (T) e uma porção de fundo adjacente (B, B<39><39>), e que o comprimento de uma primeira seção (7) sobre a curva (6) é no mínimo 10% mais longa do que o comprimento de uma segunda seção (9) sobre a curva, dita primeira seção (7) se estendendo desde uma posição de troca (P) até uma posição de troca adjacente (P) através de uma porção de topou (T), e dita segunda seção (9) se estendendo desde uma porção de troca (P) até uma posição de troca adjacente (P<39>) através de uma porção de fundou (B, B<39>).
