Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA EXAMINAR RECIPIENTES CHEIOS POR MEIO DE RAIOS X IRRADIADOS OBLIQUAMENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para o exame de recipientes cheios (10) na busca por corpos estranhos (16), tais como lascas de vidro, que apresenta uma unidade de transporte (16), por meio da qual os recipientes (10) são transportados separadamente em linha um após o outro sobre um plano de transporte, bem como uma fonte de raios X (18) para a emissão de um raio X (24) em uma direção predeterminada e uma unidade (20,22) para a captura dos raios X (24) depois de atravessarem os recipientes (10). A direção na qual os raios X (24) são emitidos pela fonte de raios X (18) encontra-se inclinada entre 10<198> e 60<198> em relação ao plano de transporte. Podem ser previstas duas fontes de raios X (18), a saber, uma acima e outra abaixo do plano de transporte. O dispositivo é apropriado particularmente para o exame de recipientes cheios (10) na busca por corpos estranhos, sendo que a fonte de raios X (18) acha-se posicionada de tal modo que a trajetória dos raios seja aproximadamente tangencial à inclinação máxima do abaulamento do fundo de recipiente.
