Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE PONTARIA DE UM JATO FINO DE FLUIDO, NOTADAMENTE EM SOLDAGEM, USINAGEM OU RECARREGAMENTO LASER". A presente invenção refere-se a uma processo de pontaria de um jato fino de fluido sobre uma zona ou um objeto, notadamente em soldagem, usinagem ou recarregamento LASER, o jato sendo emitido a partir de um bico de insuflação (5), o bico compreendendo um canal de ejeção (10) que compreende uma parte terminal (11) de seção sensivelmente circular de diâmetro inferior ou igual a 5 mm, uma fonte luminosa (3) disposta no eixo do canal de ejeção (10) a montante do dito bico (5) no sentido do escoamento do fluxo do fluido, geralmente um feixe luminoso não divergente mono ou policromático, do qual pelo menos um comprimento de onda está compreendido entre 400 e 760 nanómetros, coaxial ao canal de ejeção (10) e que se propaga na parte de dentro do canal no sentido de escoamento do fluido, de acordo com o qual, o escoamento do fluido sendo momentaneamente interrompido, deslocando-se relativamente o objeto ou a zona ou o feixe luminoso, aponta-se o dito feixe luminoso para o objeto ou a zona e envia-se o jato fino de fluido sobre a zona ou o objeto.
