Abstract

"DISSECADOR DE LOCAL DE ENTRADA DE VISãO DIRETA". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de entrada para dissecação de visão direta, para proporcionar uma entrada segura dentro de uma cavidade do corpo, assim como sendo operativo para funcionar como uma entrada padrão para uso em cirurgias laparoscópicas, endocóspicas ou torácicas. O dispositivo inclui um alojamento alongado, dentro do qual um endoscópio pode ser posicionado. A extremidade mais distante do ponto de origem do dispositivo permite visualizar a dissecação ou o agarramento do tecido através de dispositivos afastadores de tecido, sendo operativamente transitória entre uma configuração fechada e uma configuração operativa aberta. A passagem dos afastadores de tecido entre as duas configurações seletivamente corta o tecido mediante uma ação de afastamento, em um modelo de camada-por-camada, sob a visão direta do endoscópio ali disposto. O dispositivo de entrada pode ainda opcionalmente assumir uma configuração de âncora, uma vez posicionado dentro do paciente, possibilitando ao mesmo permanecer firmemente na posição durante o procedimento cirúrgico.
