Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA TRATAMENTO TéRMICO". A invenção refere-se a um método e um aparelho para o tratamento térmico de materiais, de preferência metais. O método compreende as seguintes etapas: prover e manter uma chama suprindo um queimador com combustível e gás que contém pelo menos 80 por cento em volume de oxigênio; criar uma mistura de oxigênio - descarga quente recirculando as descargas da chama para o oxigênio que contém gás por meio de um efeito de ejetor; misturar a mistura de oxigênio - descarga e o combustível; e prover uma recirculação secundária recirculando as descargas da chama para a mistura de oxigênio - descarga - combustível. O método e aparelho permitem emissões extremamente baixas de NOx e uma alta eficiência, resultando em um processo ambientalmente amigável e ao mesmo tempo económico.
