Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA VERIFICAçãO DO TRâNSITO POR AO MENOS UM SEGMENTO DE VIA SUJEITO A PEDáGIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um sistema de pedágio (SYS) para verificar se ao menos um segmento de via sujeito a pedágio foi transitado por um veículo (FAR), sendo que por meio de ao menos um meio de determinação de posição (POS) é determinada a posição do veículo (FAR), e com base na posição determinada é verificado se um segmento de via transitado é sujeito a pedágio, sendo que o veículo (FAR) apresenta uma unidade emissora/receptora (SEE), que é ajustada para trocar dados (DAT) com uma rede de rádio (FUN) estruturada em células, sendo que a cada célula (ZEL) da rede de rádio (FUN) está associada a ao menos uma identificação de célula (ZID), e ao menos quando de uma falha parcial do sistema de determinação de posicionamento (POS), com base em ao menos uma identificação de célula (ZID), é verificado se o segmento de via utilizado pelo veículo (FAR) está sujeito a pedágio.
