Abstract
"BOCAL INVERSOR DE IMPULSãO DE áREA VARIáVEL". Um bocal de exaustão de turbo-ventilador (1A) inclui um tubo de jato (2) tendo um par de portas inversoras de impulsão (3) dispostas sobre os lados opostos do mesmo. Cada porta (3) possui um braço de dobradiça (4) ligado a um braço oscilante (20) que, por sua vez, se liga ao tubo. Cada porta (3) inclui ainda um grampo de trinco (12) em uma extremidade dianteira, e uma forquilha de desdobramento (35) entre o grampo e o braço. Um atuador comum (8) é conectado a ambas as portas por meio de elos correspondentes (9) ligados às forquilhas (35) para o direcionamento longitudinal dos elos (9) de modo a pivotar em um sentido longitudinal as portas e os braços oscilantes. Uma primeira trava (10A) seletivamente trava o grampo de trinco (12), e uma segunda trava (10B) seletivamente trava os braços oscilantes (20) em coordenação com a primeira trava de modo a permitir o movimento axial de área variável da porta, o desdobramento de inversor de impulsão da mesma, e a retração para as posições acondicionadas das portas.
