Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES E MéTODOS PARA A MODIFICAçãO DE EXPRESSãO DE GENES USANDO O PROMOTOR DE SUPERUBIQUITINA DE PINUS RADIATA". Descrevem-se as seq³ências de polinucleotídeos isoladas do promotor de superubiquitina de Pinus radiata e as construções genéticas compreendendo estes polinucleotídeos. Os elementos regulatórios que estão presentes neste promotor são identificados. Os métodos para usar estas construções na modulação da transcrição de seq³ências de DNA de interesse são também descritos, junto com plantas transgênicas compreendendo estas construções.
