Abstract

"MONITORAMENTO DE PARâMETROS EM COMPONENTES ESTRUTURAIS". - A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para o monitoramento de um parâmetro associado com um componente estrutural que compreende um módulo (1) o qual é fixável no componente estrutural e o qual está associado com um sensor (2) para fazer as medições do dito parâmetro. O módulo incorpora uma fonte de alimentação (7) para alimentar o aparelho; uma memória (4) para armazenar os dados do sensor, e um processador (3) para processar os sinais de medição do sensor (2) e armazenar os dados na dita memória (4). Um mostrador (5) para exibir as medições feitas pelo sensor (2) pode também ser provido. O processador pode fazer uso de um algoritmo tal como um algoritmo de contagem rainflow para reduzir os dados armazenados. Para a economia de energia, o sensor (2) é somente ligado conforme requerido para fazer uma medição. O sensor (2) é interfaceado com o processador através de um subsistema de processamento de sinal (6) que consiste em um amplificador e um conversor analógico para digital, e cada um é ligado e desligado conforme requerido para alimentar o sensor (2) para medição. Um sensor tal como uma chave de inclinação (8) pode também ser utilizado para controlar a alimentação do sensor (2). Uma conexão de comunicação permite o carregamento de dados da memória, e a recarga da bateria (7). Alternativamente, a memória (4) e a bateria (7) estão incorporadas em uma unidade a qual é removível do aparelho de modo que os dados na memória possam ser processados em outro lugar.
