Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A REFINAçãO DE CONCENTRADO CONTENDO METAIS PRECIOSOS". A presente invenção se refere a um método para a refinação de concentrado de metal precioso, método no qual: (a) pelo menos o concentrado de metal precioso (9) , o gás de reação (10) , o fluxo (11) e a poeira de tubo de chaminé (12) a serem tratados são juntamente alimentados para o poço de reação (3) de uma fornalha de fusão em suspensão (1); (b) na fornalha de fusão em suspensão (1), são criadas fases separadas, resíduo metálico (8) e escória (7); (c) a escória (7) criada na fornalha de fusão em suspensão (1) é conduzida para uma fornalha elétrica (2), de maneira que são criados resíduo metálico metalizado (14) e escória de descarte (13). Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método está caracterizado pelo fato de que: (d) o resíduo metálico (8) a partir da fornalha de fusão em suspensão (1) é conduzido para tratamento hidrometalúrgico (15); e (e) a escória (7) conduzida para a fornalha elétrica (2) é tratada juntamente com um agente de redução e possivelmente juntamente com um material diminuindo o ponto de fusão ou aperfeiçoando a fluidabilidade, e o resíduo metálico metalizado (14) é conduzido tanto para tratamento hidrometalúrgico (16) ou quanto é alimentado de volta para a fornalha de fusão em suspensão (1)."METHOD FOR REFINING CONCENTRATE CONTAINING PRECIOUS METALS". The present invention relates to a method for refining precious metal concentrate, wherein: (a) at least precious metal concentrate (9), reaction gas (10), flow (11) and Chimney pipe dust (12) to be treated are fed together into the reaction well (3) of a suspended melting furnace (1); (b) in the suspended melting furnace (1), separate phases, metal residue (8) and slag (7) are created; (c) the slag (7) created in the suspended melting furnace (1) is conveyed to an electric furnace (2) so that metallized metal waste (14) and waste slag (13) are created. In accordance with the present invention, said method is characterized by the fact that: (d) the metallic residue (8) from the suspended melting furnace (1) is conducted for hydrometallurgical treatment (15); and (e) the slag (7) driven to the electric furnace (2) is treated together with a reducing agent and possibly together with a material by lowering the melting point or improving flowability, and the metallized waste (14) is. conducted either for hydrometallurgical treatment (16) or as it is fed back to the suspended melting furnace (1).
