Este é composto por um conjunto que compreende um órgão (1) capaz de ser adaptado sobre a parada das rodas, fornecido de meios de codificação e uma chave (3) fornecida de meios de decodificação complementar. o órgão (1) apresenta uma cabeça globalmente cilíndrica (10) bordada ao exterior a alguma distância e coaxialmente dum colo (14) que delimita com a dita cabeça (10) um espaço anular (13) previsto capaz de alojar estreitamente a parte extrema (32) com forma anular da chave (3), e a dita cabeça globalmente cilíndrica (10) apresentar sobre a sua periferia (19), em colocações angulares aleatórias para formar o código, impressões longitudinais (12) paralelas ao eixo da cabeça (10), dedicadas a cooperar com impressões concordantes (34) que comporta a parede interna (33) da parte extrema (32) em forma anular.
