Abstract

"APARELHO ROTULADOR PARA APLICAR RóTULOS EM ARTIGOS". A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho rotulador para aplicar rótulos em artigos. O aparelho rotulador inclui um dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos que possui uma abertura em uma das extremidade do mesmo. O dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos é expansível quando submetido à pressão. O aparelho rotulador também inclui um posicionador para suportar o dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos e mover o dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos entre uma posição de captura de rótulos e uma posição de aplicação de rótulos. Também são providas uma fonte de pressão positiva e negativa, as quais podem ser seletivamente conectadas ao dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos de uma maneira tal que o dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos é submetido a uma pressão quando adjacente à posição de aplicação de rótulos e submetido a vácuo para capturar e prender um rótulo no dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos na posição de captura de rótulos. O aparelho rotulador também inclui um elemento de controle de fluxo que possui pelo menos uma passagem de controle de fluxo no mesmo que define pelo menos uma trajetória do fluxo de ar através do elemento de controle de fluxo rumo à abertura do dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos. A passagem de controle de fluxo é configurada para permitir que o ar flua através da trajetória de fluxo de ar e para fora da abertura do dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos quando a pressão é aplicada ao dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos, mas sendo eficaz para fazer com que o fluxo de ar demore a atingir a abertura do dispositivo de aplicação de rótulos.
