Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A PRODUçãO DE COMPONENTES DE MúLTIPLOS NìVEIS POR COMPRESSãO DE CHOQUE DO MATERIAL EM Pó". A invenção se refere a um método e a um aparelho para a produção de componentes de múltiplos níveis com densidade alvo em conformidade a partir de material em pó. O material em pó é colocado dentro de uma matriz de molde, que inclui uma multiplicidade de perfurações superior e inferior relativamente móveis, e a altura de enchimento da coluna sobre cada perfuração é associada com os níveis geométricos do componente final. O material é opcionalmente pré-compactado por pressão estática individual agindo em cada perfuração e é comprimido por pelo menos um dispositivo de choque ou impacto de pelo menos uma direção. Os ajustes de compensação para o fluxo de pó entre as colunas e para os gradientes de densidade são realizados durante a pré-compressão e a compressão por choque.
