Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA CLASSIFICAR AS CARNES POR NìVEIS DE QUALIDADE COM O AUXìLIO DA COR E APARELHO DE MEDIçãO PARA EXECUTAR O MESMO". Processo para classificar as cames por nível de qualidade com o auxílio da cor, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende as seguintes etapas: efetuar a tomada de cor das cames com o auxílio de um sistema de visão, e fazer a triagem das cames com base em uma definição colorimétrica do nível de cinza como limite do valor L* no sistema de medição L*a*b*, tal que para valores de L* superiores ou iguais a 60, as cames são consideradas como desestruturadas em parte ou totalmente desestruturadas.
