Abstract

"MéTODO, APARELHO E SISTEMA PARA O ACOMPANHAMENTO DE PLANTAS INDIVIDUAIS ENQUANTO CRESCEM E/OU APóS A COLHEITA". Trata-se de um aparelho e um método para o acompanhamento de plantas individuais que crescem e/ou são tiradas de um local, tal como um campo, um canteiro em desenvolvimento, um lote ou uma estufa de desenvolvimento. Os dados legíveis por máquina relacionados com as plantas individuais selecionadas são mantidos em, associação próxima com as plantas correspondentes quando em crescimento ou se a planta for tirada do local de crescimento. As informações sobre cada planta, por exemplo, traços, características, composição genética, podem ser adicionadas a um banco de dados que correlaciona as informações com os dados legíveis por máquina. Desse modo, as plantas individuais podem ser acompanhadas e as informações sobre a planta ficam disponíveis ao se manter os dados legíveis por máquina com a planta. Os dados legíveis por máquina podem ser lidos por uma máquina em comunicação operativa com um computador no qual é armazenado a banco de dados. A identidade e as informações sobre a planta ficam portanto disponíveis, sem manter o acompanhamento específico de uma planta.
