Abstract
"LEVEDURA, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA LEVEDURA NA QUAL A GAMA -GLUTAMILCISTEìNA é ACUMULADA, ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA, EXTRATO DE LEVEDURA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA CONTENDO GAMAGLUTAMILCISTEìNA OU CISTEìNA". A levedura que tem capacidade produtora de <sym>-glutamilcisteína e é auxotrófica quanto ao ácido pantotênico é proliferada em um meio contendo uma quantidade suficiente de ácido pantotênico e depois ela é cultivada em um meio contendo uma quantidade limitada de ácido pantotênico para aumentar o teor de <sym>-glutamilcisteína em suas células, por meio da qual a levedura na qual a <sym>-glutamilcisteína é acumulada é obtida.
