Abstract

"PNEU COM BANDA DE RODAGEM DE BORRACHA DE COMPOSIçõES DE BORRACHA EM DIVERSAS ZONAS". A invenção se refere a um pneu com uma banda de rodagem de borracha composta por uma construção de capa/base, em que a camada de capa da banda de rodagem é a superfície de rodagem da banda de rodagem com uma configuração de ressaltos e sulcos, e a camada de base de banda de rodagem fica sob a camada de capa da banda de rodagem, em que a camada de base proporciona uma zona de transição entre a camada de capa da banda de rodagem e o restante da carcaça do pneu e não se destina a contato com o solo. Para esta invenção, a camada de capa da banda de rodagem é composta por três zonas de suporte de carga distintas, que contêm cargas de reforço selecionadas em sílica precipitada e negro-de-fumo, a saber, uma zona central anular circunferencial de uma composição de borracha para promover a tração da superfície de rodagem da banda de rodagem, em que a zona central está posicionada entre duas zonas anulares circunferenciais laterais e periféricas de uma composição de borracha para promover a resistência ao desgaste da banda de rodagem para a superfície de rodagem da banda de rodagem. Em um aspecto, a camada de capa da banda de rodagem de borracha e a camada de base da banda de rodagem de borracha em zonas são co-extrudadas juntas para formar um compósito de borracha de banda de rodagem integral.
