Abstract

"REPARO MANUFATURADO PARA BOCAL FUNDIDO". Um método para o reparo de segmentos de bocais de turbina (10), apresentando pelo menos uma palheta (12) disposta entre cintas externa (14) e interna (16), inclui separar a cinta interna (16) do segmento de bocal (10), e unir a cinta interna (16) a um novo fundido de substituição manufaturado (30) apresentando uma cinta externa (32) e pelo menos uma palheta (34). O fundido de substituição (30) inclui uma plataforma de montagem (44) formada em uma extremidade da palheta (34) e uma protuberância (46) formada na plataforma de montagem (44). Um colarinho (38) é unido à cinta interna (16) e apresenta ranhuras (42) formadas neste. A protuberância (46) é então inserida na ranhura (42), e a plataforma de montagem (44) é recebida em um recesso (40) formado na cinta interna (16).
