Abstract

"SEGMENTO DE BOCAL DE TURBINA E MéTODO PARA REPARAR O MESMO".é provido um método para o reparo de um segmento de bocal de turbina (10), apresentando pelo menos uma palheta (12) disposta entre cintas externa e interna. O método inclui separar a cinta interna (16) do segmento de bocal (10), e unir a cinta interna (16) a um novo fundido de substituição manufaturado (30) apresentando uma cinta externa e uma palheta (34). O fundido de substituição (30) inclui uma ponta de aerofólio (44). A ponta de aerofólio (44) é recebida em um recesso formado na cinta interna (16). A união é completada pela junção da ponta de aerofólio (44) à cinta interna (16). O fundido de substituição (30) pode ser modificado a partir de um novo fundido unitário manufaturado.
