Abstract

"ESTIMATIVA DE MOVIMENTO COM PROGNóSTICO DE PONDERAçãO". Trata-se de um codificador e decodificador de vídeo que são proporcionados para codificar e decodificar dados de sinal de vídeo para um bloco de imagem e de um índice de imagem de referência particular para prognosticar o bloco de imagem, onde o codificador (300) inclui um seletor de fator de ponderação de imagem de referência (372) possuindo uma saída indicativa de um fator de ponderação correspondendo ao índice de imagem de referência particular, um multiplicador (374) em comunicação de sinal com o seletor de fator de ponderação de imagem de referência para proporcionar uma versão ponderada da imagem de referência e um estimador de movimento (380) em comunicação de sinal com o multiplicador para proporcionar vetores de movimento correspondendo à versão ponderada da imagem de referência; e o decodificador correspondente (500), uma unidade de fator de ponderação de imagem de referência (580) possuindo uma saída para determinar um fator de ponderação correspondendo ao índice de imagem de referência particular.
