Abstract
"TRILHO DE AçO PERLìTICO EXCELENTE NA RESISTêNCIA AO DESGASTE E DUCTILIDADE E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção é: um trilho de aço pedítico excelente na resistência ao desgaste e ductilidade, caracterizado pelo fato de que, em um trilho de aço possuindo a estrutura de perlite contendo, em massa, 0,65 a 1,40% de C, o número dos blocos de perlite possuindo tamanhos de grão na faixa de 1 a 15 <109>m é 200 ou mais por 0,2 mm^ 2^ do campo de observação pelo menos em uma parte da região até uma profundidade de 10 mm da superfície dos cantos e topo da porção dianteira; e um método para a produção de um trilho de aço perlítico excelente na resistência ao desgaste e ductilidade, caracterizado por, na laminação a quente do dito trilho de aço, aplicar laminação de acabamento de modo que a temperatura da superfície do trilho possa ficar na faixa de 850<198>C a 1000<198>C e a razão de redução da área seccional na passagem final possa ser 6% ou mais; e depois aplicar esfriamento acelerado na porção dianteira do dito trilho em uma taxa de esfriamento na faixa de 1 a 30<198>C/s de uma temperatura na faixa de temperatura da austenita para pelo menos 550<198>C.
