Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO PARA A UNIãO DE ESTRUTURAS METáLICAS DE PAREDES DELGADAS". A invenção refere-se a uma disposição para a união de estruturas metálicas de paredes delgadas com pelo menos duas chapas metálicas apresenta uma região sobresselente que configura entre as chapas uma superfície de contato. Na região sobresselente é prevista pelo menos uma fileira de rebites que é sujeita a um esforço de tração cíclico. Particularmente, para as estruturas de paredes delgadas otimizadas quanto ao peso na construção de aviões existe o problema que, por causa do deslocamento das chapas em sobreposição, se apresenta uma elevada cota de flexão secundária de maneira que resultam baixas vidas úteis pela iniciação de fendas superficiais com simultâneo dispêndio elevado de inspeções. A invenção consiste no fato de que de maneira paralela e adjacente à fileira de rebites crítica quanto à fadiga é disposta uma fileira de rebites suplementar em direção à extremidade de sobreposição da sobreposição a qual apresenta meios para manter juntas as chapas metálicas na superfície de contato os quais possibilitam um deslocamento relativo das chapas na superfície de contato. Com isso se consegue realizar um alívio da fileira de rebites antes externa (de elevada carga). A redução a isso ligada de cada tensão máxima ocorrente nas fileiras de rebites leva tanto a um prolongamento da vida útil de iniciação de fendas superficiais quanto a uma redução da dilatação subseq³ente de gretas.
