Abstract
The present invention relates to a mechanical, electro-electronic and quantum system which has the function of generating and controlling inertia. Equipped with one or more superconducting elements serving as a substrate for two or more circularly moving electron streams, where they are subjected to a critically dimensioned electromagnetic excitation, which leads the conduction current close to the cut-off limit and thus accelerates the flow at relativistic velocities, in order to dilate the mass of rotating electrons and thus generate a controllable macroscopic quantum angular momentum. The places where the electrons are accelerated in circular motion are distributed geometrically around an axis, so that with an electronic control device it is possible to energize them alternately or sequentially, thus avoiding the annulment of the torques produced by the angular moments. opposites, when these superconducting element (s) are placed in precession motion. To optimize the efficiency, we can subject the superconducting elements simultaneously to precession and rotation motion, in this case, when the direction of the electrons is the same of rotation, we have an amplification of the angular momentum, while in the opposite direction of rotation, we can have the total annulment of the angular momentum.
