Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE RESìDUOS DE INCINERAçãO DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE INCINERAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o tratamento de resíduos de incineração e a regulação de incineração é conduzida de tal modo que já no leito de incineração da zona principal de incineração ocorre um processo de sinterização e/ou de fusão do clínquer. Os resíduos de incineração resultantes são apagados em um separador de clínquer a úmido e são descarregados deste. Os resíduos de incineração úmidos saindo deste separador de clínquer a úmido primeiro são divididos por meio de um processo de peneiramento em duas frações, em seguida a isto, a fração principal é lavada com a água retirada do separador de clínquer a úmido, separando as partículas mais finas aderentes. As partes lavadas dos resíduos de incineração são conduzidas para um aproveitamento. A água de lavagem com as partículas finíssimas absorvidas durante o processo de lavagem entram no separador de clínquer a úmido. A fração fina resultante do processo mecânico de separação é novamente conduzida para o processo de incineração.
