Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REGULAGEM DA VAZãO DE Pó EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE FORNECIMENTO DE UMA VAZãO DE Pó TRANSPORTADO POR UM FLUXO DE AR E DISPOSITIVO DE INJEçãO E DE TRANSPORTE DE Pó". A invenção se refere à regulagem da vazão de pó em um dispositivo com injetor (2) que aspira o pó (3) de um recipiente (4) por efeito Venturi, o injetor (2) recebendo em sua entrada uma vazão de ar de injeção (Dad) e na direção de sua saída uma vazão de ar de diluição (Dad). Duas eletroválvulas proporcionais (12, 13) são colocadas respectivamente na admissão (7) de ar de injeção e na admissão (8) de ar de diluição. Essas eletroválvulas (12, 13) são comandadas por um módulo de regulagem (11) que recebe um valor de referência de vazão de pó (Dp) e que determina as vazões de ar de injeção (Dp) e de ar de diluição (Dad) levando para isso em consideração coeficientes memorizados (A, B) e uma vazão de ar total mínima (Dam) a respeitar, com base na fórmula: Dp = A.Dai - B.Dad. A invenção se aplica para a alimentação de um aparelho (10) de projeção de tinta ou outro produto de revestimento em pó.
