A presente invenção refere-se a um inseticida fungicida biologicamente razoável e método de aplicação sobre árvores e plantas, frutos e vegetais para aumentar o crescimento dos mesmos e para controlar de modo eficaz insetos e fungos compreendendo no mínimo um tensoativo e no mínimo um óleo natural contendo alto teor de terpeno.
