Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODOS PARA CIRURGIA DE OSSOS". A invenção refere-se a: o cirurgião segura o gabarito (140) por seu punho (141) e manipula a cabeça (210) do gabarito através da ferida do paciente e por sobre o pescoço femoral (4), como melhor ilustrado na Figura 67. A cabeça (210) do gabarito (140) inclui um meio de localização de gabarito na forma de uma haste alongada a qual atua como um espaçador (142). O espaçador (142) tem uma extremidade (211) a qual topa na fossa trocantérica de modo a posicionar o rasgo (143) do gabarito (140) na posição requerida, a qual, na modalidade preferida, está entre 5 mm e 25 mm, e mais de preferência 15 mm, da fossa trocantérica. Um meio de localização de gabarito adicional é provido por uma superfície (212) adaptada para receber uma formação óssea.
