Abstract

"MéTODO PARA DETECTAR CONDIçãO E NìVEL DE UM FLUIDO EM UM RESERVATóRIO". Uma combinação de monitor de condição de fluido e sensor de nível de fluido tendo um eletrodo de excitação dividido em dois segmentos dispostos proximamente espaçados e paralelos a um eletrodo detector de corrente. Para a função de modo de monitoramento de condição de fluido ambos segmentos do eletrodo de excitação são excitados em comum sequencialmente em freq³ências alta e baixa e as correntes detectadas no eletrodo de detecção empregado para computar a diferença em impiedância para determinar a condição do fluido. Para a função de modo de detecção de nível um circuito de comutação de modos aterra o outro segmento e excita o primeiro segmento e as correntes resultantes são relacionadas para determinar a condição do eletrodo imerso em fluido e portanto o nível de fluido.
