Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE MUDANçA DE VELOCIDADES PARA UMA CAIXA DE CâMBIO DE ESTáGIOS MúLTIPLOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de mudança de velocidades (2) de uma caixa de câmbio de estágios múltiplos mediante o qual podem ser engatados, alternadamente, vários acoplamentos de engate, dispostos axialmente uns atrás dos outros, mediante uma luva corrediça através de um balancim de engate (4, 6, 8, 10), dispondo os primeiros elementos de fecho pela forma (30, 32, 34, 36) de tal maneira sobre um eixo de seleção e de engate (24), oscilante e deslocável axialmente na caixa de câmbio, que, com ângulos de oscilação do eixo de seleção e de engate (24) predeterminados, somente um primeiro elemento de fecho pela forma (30, 32, 34, 36) exerce interação com um segundo elemento de fecho pela forma (38, 40, 42, 44) disposto em um balancim de engate (4, 6, 8, 10) e por um deslocamento axial do eixo de seleção e de engate (24) é acionado o balancim de engate correspondente (4), sendo que os demais balancins de engate (6, 8, 10) são bloqueados durante o acionamento mediante um dispositivo de bloqueio na sua posição neutra, o dispositivo de bloqueio compreende uma luva de bloqueio (66, 74, 82, 86) a qual é prevista sobre o eixo de seleção e de engate (24) para sempre dois balancins de engate (4, 6, 8, 10) e a qual é unida, à prova de torção, ao eixo de seleção e de engate (24) e é deslocável axialmente sobre o eixo de seleção e de engate (24) e em cada balancim de engate (4, 6, 8, 10) é disposto um primeiro meio de bloqueio (50, 52, 54, 56) que exerce interação com a luva de bloqueio (66, 74, 82, 86) e um segundo meio de bloqueio (58, 60), este disposto fixo na caixa de câmbio.
