Abstract

"TRANSPORTADOR COM PARAFUSO". A invenção revela um transportador com parafuso para o transporte de substâncias escoáveis e/ou fragmentos de material, compreendendo um primeiro parafuso rotativo (1) provido de enrolamentos helicoidais (2) arranjado em um alojamento (3) com uma abertura de entrada e uma abertura de saída, o mencionado alojamento (3) compreendendo uma câmara de entrada (4) e uma câmara de bombeamento (5) entre as mencionadas aberturas de entrada e saída e, pelo menos na câmara de bombeamento (5), compreendendo um segundo parafuso (6) provido de enrolamentos helicoidais (7) e arranjado para rotação na direção oposta à do primeiro parafuso (1), os mencionados parafusos (1, 6) na mencionada câmara de bombeamento (5) provendo uma função de bombeamento de deslocamento positivo pelo engrenamento mútuo entre os dois parafusos (1, 6) quando o mencionado primeiro parafuso rotativo (1) é girado em um primeiro sentido de rotação e, além disso, provido de um dispositivo de corte (10, 11) a jusante da câmara de bombeamento e alojado no interior de um alojamento de faca (13), compreendendo um canal interno (21) onde o mencionado alojamento de faca é conectado à mencionada abertura de saída do transportador com parafuso. Pela provisão do mencionado alojamento de faca (13) com segundo meio para receber pelo menos uma porção das mencionadas substâncias e/ou materiais providos ao alojamento de faca (13) provenientes da mencionada câmara de bombeamento (5), o sobrecarregamento do alojamento de faca (13) é impedido. Como uma alternativa, meios para variar o volume interno do alojamento de faca (13) podem ser usados.
