Abstract

"AMINOPEPTIDASE DERIVADA DE BACILLUS LICHENIFORMIS, GENE CODIFICANDO A AMINOPEPTIDASE VETOR DE EXPRESSãO CONTENDO O GENE, TRANSFORMANTE E MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DESTES". A presente invenção refere-se a nova aminopeptidase derivada de Bacillus licheniformis, um gene codificando a aminopeptidase, um vetor de expressão contendo o gene, um transformante de célula transfectado com o vetor de expressão e um processo para preparar uma proteína do tipo natural usando estes. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um gene codificando a aminopeptidase que é clonada e produzida usando a técnica de DNA recombinante, um vetor de expressão contendo o gene, um transformante de célula transfectado com o vetor de expressão e uma aminopeptidase recombinante que é necessária para produzir um hormónio de crescimento humano recombinante em uma proteína do tipo natural e pode ser expressa em um alto rendimento mais estável e vantajosamente, comparado com métodos convencionais para a purificação.
