Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA COMBINAçãO DE RECIPIENTE PLáSTICO E FECHAMENTO". Pelo menos um recipiente plástico moldado por sopro (12) e uma tampa moldada por compressão (14) são simultaneamente produzidos em um molde de sopro. Preferivelmente, o processo e o aparelho utilizam um molde capaz de simultaneamente receber um par de formas preliminares extrudadas. Uma das formas preliminares é utilizada para produzir um par do corpos de recipiente alinhados (12a, 12b) e a outra forma preliminar é utilizada para formar um par de fechamentos alinhados (48, 50). Desta maneira, uma combinação de recipiente e fechamento (10) pode ser fabricada apresentando uma perfeita associação de cor e pode ser prontamente reciclada em sua totalidade. Além disso, o processo e o aparelho, de acordo com a invenção, significativamente reduzem os custos de ferramenta e o capital exigido da máquina.
