Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA EFETUAR MEDIçõES EM FURO DE SONDAGEM USANDO UMA FERRAMENTA DE REGISTRO E MéTODO PARA PROCESSAR INFORMAçãO PROVENIENTE DE UMA FERRAMENTA QUE SE MOVE EM UM FURO DE SONDAGEM DENTRO DE UMA FORMAçãO GEOLóGICA". Um sistema e método de calcular a velocidade inicial de uma ferramenta de perfuração rotativa no interior de um furo de sondagem, o sistema compreendendo: um par de acelerómetros colocados opostamente transversalmente ao eixo de rotação da ferramenta de perfuração e dois magnetómetros. O método compreende: ler sinais de aceleração radial da ferramenta a~ r1~, e a~ r2~ e sinais de aceleração tangencial a~ t1~ e a~ t2~ obtidos com um sistema de detecção de acelerómetro de quadratura; ler B~ x~ e B~ Y3~ dados de fase magnética da ferramenta, de dois magnetómetros colocados ortogonalmente; determinar <237>, o ângulo de fase rotacional da ferramenta de perfuração em relação ao campo de gravidade terrestre determinado primeiro <237>~ m~, fase magnética da ferramenta, e <237>~ c~ a mudança de fase entre a fase magnética da ferramenta e a fase de gravidade; e processar os dados acima para fornecer uma velocidade de ferramenta lateral que, opcionalmente, compense o efeito da gravidade sobre os acelerómetros, ou converta a velocidade de ferramenta lateral da armação de referência da ferramenta para armação de referência de furo de sondagem, ou que faça ambos.
