Abstract

"BARRA DE SABãO ACONDICIONADA, E, MéTODO DE ACONDICIONAR UMA BARRA DE SABãO". Barras de sabão que não sejam essencialmente de formato quadrado ou retangular, mas de um formato geralmente retangular, podem ser embalados pelo uso de um único invólucro de película plástica. Esta película plástica, de preferência é polipropileno biaxialmente orientado de cerca de 60 a cerca de 180 mícrons. Ela pode ser de camada única ou um laminado de múltiplas camadas. Entretanto, qualquer película plástica tendo uma rigidez Taber maior do que cerca de 5 e, de preferência cerca de 7 a 20, pode ser usada. Para assistir na confecção de dobras para formar as paredes terminais, o material de película pode ser enfraquecido por afinamento, perfurado ou fendilhado nos pontos ou linhas de dobra. Em adição, para fazer a vedação longitudinal da superfície de fundo da embalagem, a placa de vedação pode ter uma forma complementar à forma da superfície de fundo da barra de sabão.
