Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM ELEMENTO MAGNéTICO MACIO A PARTIR DE UM Pó FERROMAGNéTICO". Componentes magnéticos macios na forma de produto semi-acabado podem ser produzidos de composições de pó de ferro-lubrificante usando-se técnicas de metalurgia de pó. Os componentes resultantes possuem propriedades magnéticas e térmicas isotrópicas e podem ser formados em uma geometria complexa usando-se técnicas de compactação. Um pó ferromagnético não revestido é misturado com um lubrificante e é compactado. Após a compactação, os componentes são termicamente tratados a uma temperatura moderada para queimar o lubrificante, e possivelmente também aliviar a tensão induzida durante a prensagem para reduzir as perdas por histerese. Dependendo da aplicação, as propriedades do material podem ser ajustadas variando-se o conteúdo e o tipo de lubrificante e as condições do tratamento térmico.
