Abstract
"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA A REMOçãO DE ACúMULO DE INCRUSTAçãO". Descreve-se um método para remover acúmulo de incrustação num recipiente tendo pelo menos uma peneira que envolve colocar um protetor dentro do recipiente tal que ele esteja localizado debaixo de pelo menos uma peneira para separar a peneira do restante do recipiente. O protetor no recipiente forma uma porção superior e uma porção inferior no recipiente. Preferivelmente, o protetor está em proximidade rente à peneira que se situa na porção superior do recipiente. Depois, o método inclui adicionalmente introduzir uma formulação química na porção superior do recipiente numa quantidade suficiente para remover pelo menos uma parte do acúmulo de incrustação na peneira. Descreve-se também um sistema para remover acúmulo de incrustação que inclui um recipiente tendo pelo menos uma peneira. o sistema inclui adicionalmente um protetor situado dentro do recipiente e debaixo de pelo menos uma peneira para separar a peneira do restante do recipiente e formar uma porção superior e uma porção inferior no recipiente. Normalmente o protetor está em proximidade rente à peneira. Adicionalmente o sistema inclui uma formulação química presente na porção superior da peneira pare remover acúmulo de incrustação. O sistema da invenção presente provê um meio económico e químico para remover acúmulo de incrustação em recipientes que são especialmente grandes, tais como aqueles usados na indústria de fabricação de papel e polpa. A invenção presente reduz adicionalmente o tempo necessário para remover acúmulo de incrustação em recipiente tendo uma ou mais peneiras.
