Abstract

"APARELHO DESCASCADOR E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM CILINDRO ABRASIVO PARA UM APARELHO DESCASCADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho descascador que inclui uma estrutura, e pelo menos um conjunto de cilindros abrasivos sustentados pela estrutura para definir pelo menos uma câmara de descascamento. Cada cilindro abrasivo inclui uma parte de corpo alongada que possui uma superfície externa abrasiva e pode possuir um par de machos de montagem fixado de modo permanente às respectivas extremidades opostas da parte de corpo alongada. Cada um dentre a parte de corpo alongada e o par de machos de montagem pode compreender o metal, e o par de machos de montagem pode ser soldado às respectivas extremidades da parte de corpo alongada para resultar na fixação permanente. A superfície externa abrasiva pode incluir uma pluralidade de serrilhados arranjados em um padrão. Cada serrilhado também pode compreender uma parte de borda anterior que é mais aguda do que uma parte de borda posterior.
