Abstract

"ACOPLAMENTO DE ENCAIXE DESPRENDìVEL COM ELEMENTO DE TRAVAMENTO ADICIONAL". A presente invenção refere-se ao acoplamento de encaixe desprendível, que serve para ligação de tubulações de líquido, particularmente, tubulações de combustível de automóveis. O acoplamento de encaixe consiste, nesse caso, em uma peça de encaixe (3) tubular com uma nervura de retenção (4) circundante, bem como em uma carcaça de acoplamento (1) com um espaço de alojamento (2) cilíndrico para a peça de encaixe (3) e tem uma cabeça de carcaça (6) ampliada com um elemento de retenção (7) separado, que está dotado de bordas de retenção (10) elasticamente flexíveis, voltadas radialmente para dentro do espaço de alojamento (2), que se prendem por trás da nervura de retenção (4) após a inserção da peça de encaixe (3). Para depois da inserção da parte de encaixe (3) ter a certeza de que a nervura de retenção (4) está engatada corretamente atrás das bordas de retenção (10), está previsto um elemento de travamento (17) adicional, que está guiado de modo transversalmente deslocável entre uma posição de abertura e uma posição de fechamento. De acordo com a invenção, esse elemento de travamento (17) está formado por duas paredes laterais (18) que circundam a cabeça de carcaça (6) pelos dois lados e uma parede transversal (19) unida com as mesmas em forma de U. Além disso, em um lado ele está unido com uma placa frontal (20), que desliza à frente do lado frontal da parte de cabeça, e, no outro lado, está dotado de bordas (21) apontadas para dentro, engatáveis na borda de cabeça (23) posterior. A placa frontal (20) possui, nesse cão, uma cavidade (25) semicircular para passagem da nervura de retenção (4) na posição de abertura e uma cavidade (26) menor, igualmente semicircular, para circundar a peça de encaixe na posição de fechamento. Duas nervuras de apoio (27) estão ainda voltadas para dentro do espaço de alojamento (2) da borda da cavidade (26) maior, quo na posição de fechamento, apóiam adicionalmente a nervura de retenção (4).
