Abstract

"RECIPIENTE MOLDADO POR SOPRO E FECHO". Existem várias maneiras para travar um fecho em um recipiente. Foi verificado que, para recipientes moldados por sopro, o flange de suporte para a pré-forma de frasco pode ser posteriormente usado como uma parte do mecanismo de trava para segurar um fecho sobre o recipiente. Pré-formas têm um flange de suporte através do qual a pré-forma é manipulada antes de ser colocada dentro do molde e no molde. Antes de ser colocado no molde, a pré-forma é aquecida para cerca de 85<198>C até cerca de 200<198>C. Durante este tempo e dentro do molde, ela será suportada pelo flange de suporte. Este flange de suporte é usado após o recipiente ser soprado e enchido como uma parte do mecanismo de travamento do fecho. O fecho terá uma porção que é um ajuste por interferência com o flange de suporte do frasco para, através disso, segurar o fecho no frasco.
