Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO AMORTECEDOR PARA UMA BOMBA DE êMBOLO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo amortecedor para uma bomba de êmbolo. O dispositivo inclui um tubo vertical (1) parcialmente enchido de ar, disposto no conduto de entrada (2) da bomba de êmbolo, e um tubo vertical (3) parcialmente enchido de ar disposto no conduto de saída (4) da bomba de êmbolo. Os dois tubos verticais (1, 3) são mutuamente interligados por intermédio de um tubo (5) no qual uma válvula de passagem (6) é disposta. Cada um dos tubos verticais (1, 3) é conectado com uma válvula de repuxo (7, 8), respectivamente. Ambas as válvulas de repuxo (7, 8) são conectadas com uma fonte de ar comprimido comum. O dispositivo amortecedor pode ser adaptado de uma maneira simples para operação asséptica e/ou pressão de produto elevada.
