Abstract
"CONTROLE DE CONCENTRAçãO DE MISTURA APERFEIçOADO EM PROCESSOS DE FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção proporciona um aperfeiçoamento para as duas maneiras de se abordar, imprecisas, relacionando a concentração com a densidade. A primeira destas assume que o soluto é totalmente insolúvel no solvente; a segunda é baseada em um soluto solúvel. A presente relação aperfeiçoada é referida como MODELO DE CONCENTRAçãO - DENSIDADE. Este modelo permite uma determinação teórica da relação de concentração - densidade para uma mistura com vários componentes sólido /líquido ou líquido / líquido. Incluído no Modelo de Concentração - Densidade está um novo conceito referido como COEFICIENTE ADITIVO DE VOLUME (AVC) Este conceito compensa o fato de que o volume líquido de uma mistura nem sempre é igual à soma dos volumes de cada componente. Este Modelo de Concentração - Densidade aperfeiçoado proporciona aos fabricantes manipulando fluidos um método para de forma precisa determina a concentração de uma mistura em linha com o auxílio da instrumentação de medição de densidade corrente. Por permitir a determinação precisa da concentração nos cenários de fabricação onde tais medidas eram anteriormente impraticáveis, a presente invenção permite o controle aperfeiçoado do processo de fabricação.
