Abstract

"REATORES PARA A CULTURA CELULAR OU TISSULAR, PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM IMPLANTE,. UTILIZAçãO DOS MESMOS, E, PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM IMPLANTE". A invenção refere-se a um reator de cultura celular e tissular, particularmente adaptado à cultura de células ou tecidos de estrutura em camada fina, e compreende meios permitindo assegurar uma estimulação fisiológica e uma alimentação em meio de cultura adaptado à espessura reduzida da cultura. O reator pode servir à preparação de um implante e comporta, igualmente, meios permitindo assegurar uma estimulação mecânica dos tecidos ou células e uma alimentação em meio de cultura adaptada aos tecidos de estrutura. O reator comporta, igualmente, de modo vantajoso, meios ou uma forma permitindo facilitar a introdução do tecido ou da parte sólida de um implante na câmara de cultura, e por exemplo uma parede ou um elemento deformável elasticamente. O reator pode, por outro lado, comportar meios de regulagem da temperatura. O reator é utilizável para a cultura de diferentes tipos celulares e a preparação de implantes de formas, composições e aplicações variadas."REACTORS FOR CELL OR CISSULAR CULTURE, FOR PREPARATION OF AN IMPLANT, USE OF THE SAME AND, PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING AN IMPLANT". The invention relates to a cell and tissue culture reactor, particularly adapted to the culture of thin-layered cells or tissues, and comprises means for ensuring physiological stimulation and feeding in culture medium adapted to the reduced thickness of the culture. The reactor can be used to prepare an implant and also includes means for ensuring mechanical stimulation of tissues or cells and feeding in culture medium adapted to the structural tissues. The reactor also advantageously comprises means or a shape which facilitates the introduction of tissue or solid part of an implant into the culture chamber, and for example a resiliently deformable wall or element. The reactor may, on the other hand, include temperature regulating means. The reactor is usable for culturing different cell types and preparing implants of various shapes, compositions and applications.
