"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA DETECTAR UMA MARCA D'áGUA EM UM FLUXO DE DADOS, E, PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR". Método e sistema para detectar uma marca d'água em dados de video codificados MPEG-2 durante a cópia em alta velocidade dos dados de video. Um espião de barramento (120) seleciona quadros independentemente codificados, tal como quadros-I, dos dados de vídeo e alimenta os quadros selecionados a um detector de marca d'água (130) para detectar uma marca d'água no mesmo, a taxa de dados de entrada média para o detector de marca d'água (130) é muito menor que a taxa de dados durante ia em alta velocidade. Várias realizações apresentam vários caminhos para suprir eficientemente os conteúdos dos quadros selecionados ao detector da marca d'água (130).
