Abstract

"ESPELHO RETROVISOR MONTADO PARA UM VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR COM UM DISPOSITIVO DE ESTABILIZAçãO DE ESPELHO". Um mecanismo para espelho retrovisor de um veículo automotor inclui um conjunto de espelho (1) tendo uma manga (41) incorporada em uma estrutura de apoio (20) do conjunto de espelho (1) e articulada em um poste do pivó (60) de membro da base (70); dito mecanismo proporciona e determina a estabilização do conjunto de espelho através de uma força de de aperto "F" axial ao poste de pivó (60) do conjunto de espelho (1); a luva possui uma primeira superfície dentada (42) e uma segunda superfície dentada (43) na base (70) que fica adjacente à primeira superfície dentada (42); as primeiras e segundas superfícies dentadas (42,43) possuem perfis correspondentes para encaixar uma na outra; uma mola de compressão axial (44) disposta ao redor do poste de pivó (60) pressiona a manga (41) para unir a superfície (42) do conjunto de espelho (1) na superfície dentada (43) da base (70); uma cupilha (45), fixada ao redor do poste do pivó (60), e contra a qual pressiona a mola (44); o poste de pivó (60) possui um furo intermediário radial (62); a segunda superfície dentada (43) é incorporada na face de um anel (43') tendo um furo radial (91), através do qual o poste de pivó (60) é recebido; um pino (92) é recebido através dos furos radiais alinhados (62,91), fixando o anel (43') ao redor do poste do pivó (60).
