Abstract

"FORNO REFRIGERADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um forno refrigerado que compreende uma câmara de cozimento em que são fornecidos elementos de aquecimento e uma câmara de unidade de refrigeração em que é fornecida uma unidade de refrigeração. A unidade de refrigeração está fluidamente conectada com a câmara de cozimento. Ambos o elemento de aquecimento e a unidade de refrigeração são seletivamente operáveis para ou resfriar ou aquecer a câmara de cozimento e por meio disto resfriar ou aquecer um item de alimento localizado dentro dela. A unidade de refrigeração é preferivelmente uma unidade de refrigeração modular que é deslizada para dentro e para fora da câmara de unidade de refrigeração. Preferivelmente, a unidade de refrigeração inclui um evaporador que está termicamente isolado de um condensador. O condensador está preferivelmente condutivamente acoplado a uma base que sustenta os elementos da unidade de refrigeração modular.
