Abstract

"ALINHAMENTO DE ENGRENAGENS". Anel de guia disposto coaxialmente com um eixo de acionamento inclui mecanismos de localização de bloqueio que asseguram orientação adequada de eixos e acionamento e acionados, também assegurando folga adequada entre engrenagens montadas sobre eles. O anel de guia é inserido através de uma abertura chavetada de uma braçadeira de montagem e posto om proximidade com a estrutura de eixo conduzido. A rotação do motor e do anel de guia na primeira direção arrasta o eixo para alinhamento, a braçadeira de montagem é presa à estrutura de eixo conduzido. O motor e o anel de guia, então, girados na direção oposta para a segunda posição extrema, em que o motor é bloqueado e o eixo conduzido pode girar livremente.
