Abstract

"TAMPA E FECHO RESSELáVEL PARA UMA EMBALAGEM CONTENDO PRODUTOS QUE EMITEM GáS". Uma tampa com uma válvula unidirecional soluciona dois problemas distintos no campo de materiais de embalagem que emitem gás, fornecendo um meio de impedir que uma embalagem se deforme sob acúmulo de pressão dentro da embalagem, e um meio para vedar novamente a embalagem. A tampa compreende uma parede interna que se estende para baixo a partir de uma parte interna da parede superior para definir uma cavidade. Uma válvula de inserto é montada dentro da cavidade, formando uma vedação com a parede interna. A superfície superior da válvula de inserto, parede interna e parede superior define uma câmara com um caminho de desgaseificação. Uma membrana é disposta dentro da câmara, a membrana assentada na válvula e inserto e vedando uma ou mais aberturas na válvula de inserto. A membrana é capaz de deslocar pelo menos parcialmente em resposta à força exercida pela pressão de gás crescente agindo através das aberturas.
