O dispositivo de comando (1) comporta meios de comando (10) , meios de exibição (9) que apresentam numa tela de visualização (17) pelo menos dois valores de comunicação (freq³ências radio elétricas e/ou números de telefone) que foram selecionados e ativados pelo intermédio dos meios de comando (10), entre os quais, neste caso, o valor de comunicação que foi selecionado para a emissão, e meios de mesclagem (14, 15B) para mesclar todos os valores de comunicação que foram selecionados e ativados pelo intermédio dos meios de comando (10).
